SNG Satellite Uplink Broadcast For Boy Band

Links Broadcast SNG Satellite Uplink Trucks returned to the Principality Stadium, one of the most impressive icons of modern Wales, but this time, for a change, it was not for a rugby match.

2019 marks the 30th Anniversary of a very famous and very popular ‘boy’ band and, to celebrate this significant milestone, the band have embarked on a massive UK arena and stadium tour performing many of their much-loved hits. Did they play a million love songs? Did they relight the fire? They certainly let it shine down on Cardiff!!

Links Broadcast are very proud to be back again at Alexandra Palace providing a satellite uplink for a World Premiere from one half of a famous brother band in an EXCLUSIVE LIVE PERFORMANCE beamed via satellite into cinemas across the UK & Ireland.

Uplink Facilities Covered 75th Anniversary of D-Day Landings

On 5th & 6th June 2019 the world’s leaders, royalty and other dignitaries, gathered in Portsmouth and Normandy France to recognise the 75th anniversary of the D-day landings.

Ceremonies were held in both Portsmouth and in Normandy to remember the incredible sacrifices on that day, and to give thanks to those still alive to tell the tale. In recognition of the momentous events of that day 75 years ago, three hundred veterans travelled from Portsmouth across the English Channel, and other veterans even parachuted in to Normandy, and this all formed part of a huge international moment of remembrance and reflection.
