Below is the cancellation policy for all Links Broadcast facilities and services:

The following charges apply to all confirmed and firm booked services upon notice of cancellation, for all elements of the service provided from within Links Broadcast’s own resources.

This policy applies to all facilities and services including, but not limited to, SNG vehicles, production vehicles, all production facilities and crew:

1. Challenged booking requests:

a. Where a request is firm booked following a successful challenge to an existing pencil booking then 100% cancellation charges shall apply from the date of the booking.

2. Non-challenged booking requests:

a. More than thirty days notice prior to the scheduled start time of service = 25% of the full rate for the booked service times.
b. Between thirty and fourteen days notice prior to the scheduled start time of service = 50% of the full rate for the booked service times.
c. Between fourteen and seven days notice prior to the scheduled start time of service = 75% of the full rate for the booked service times.
d. Less than seven days notice prior to the scheduled start time of service = 100% of the full rate for the booked service times

3. Third party supplied facilities and services a. Where elements of the service are provided by third party vendors outside of Links Broadcast’s own resources (i.e. satellite space, hired-in equipment etc.) in order for Links Broadcast to provide the service, the total amount of the third party’s cancellation charges shall apply, plus an administration charge equivalent to 20% of the order value for these services. Such charges and cancellation policies shall be provided by Links Broadcast upon request by the customer.

4. Crew

a. Where production or technical crew are firm booked in order for Links Broadcast to deliver a confirmed service then 100% cancellation charges shall apply from the date of the booking. This policy may be subject to change without notice
